You must be at least 18 years old to register and use services on the 5 bit platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform, and any such accounts identified will be immediately closed. You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and may only operate a single account in your own name. 5 bit may request your national ID card or other documents to verify your identity when necessary. Registering with false information may result in account suspension or termination, and any associated balance may be forfeited.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials, password, and any security codes completely confidential. Allowing others to use your account or sharing your account information is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately. 5 bit will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from account misuse or third-party access. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
All financial transactions on the 5 bit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and local payment methods are supported. Before making a deposit, please ensure that the payment method you are using is registered in your own name. Transactions made using third-party payment methods are prohibited and may be rejected. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, 5 bit reserves the right to temporarily suspend the associated account until an investigation is completed.
Fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or any form of deceptive activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, sending offensive messages, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is strictly forbidden, and such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. Unauthorized access to or modification of the platform's software, code, or systems is a criminal offense. If any such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately suspended and legal action will be taken if necessary.
5 bit places the highest priority on responsible gaming and encourages users to develop healthy gaming habits. Deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion features are available on the platform and can be activated at any time. Reproducing, distributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Users bear full responsibility for any content they upload or share on the platform. 5 bit reserves the right to remove any content that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights. Scraping, crawling, or collecting data from any part of the platform through automated means is strictly prohibited.
5 bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service on the platform at any time without prior notice. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. 5 bit will not be liable for any compensation in such situations. However, users' account balances will remain protected and will be accessible once the service is restored. We will endeavor to notify users as far in advance as possible of any significant changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh.
